Include a widget of recent from a remind101 account.

upload to your wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in wordpress
Move the widget where you want in in the Appearance -> Widgets Menu
Input your token from remind101.com. To find your token, login to your account at remind101.com, click on Account then My Widget. Your key is the string of letters and numbers after token= up to but not including the quotation marks.
