• List view: dedicated ALT Status column with stacked tag-style badges (one badge per issue, or a single green ✓ OK when everything is fine).
• Grid view: the same badges appear as an overlay on each image thumbnail (top-left, so they do not cover the filename bar).
• Attachment details (sidebar / modal): an ALT Status read-only row under the standard fields. It updates after you save and while you type (preview), so it stays aligned with the dashboard and the audit logic. In the modal, the label and badges stay visually aligned, and several issue badges appear on one row (wrapping only if the sidebar is narrow).

Issues shown match the audit rules: Missing, Generic, Too short, and Duplicated—multiple badges can appear on the same image when several problems apply. The audit cache refreshes automatically when ALT text is changed anywhere in WordPress (media modal, REST, compatible plugins), so counts and badges stay consistent.
