NitroBooth is a booking-request and lead-management foundation for independent photo-booth businesses. It keeps the customer inquiry experience and the operator’s essential records together inside WordPress.
The free edition includes:
- Up to three bookable services.
- A public booking-request form using the
[nitrobooth_booking]shortcode. - Blackout dates for unavailable days.
- Lead and customer records.
- A recent-inquiries view for one administrator.
- No required NitroBooth account or booking commission.
NitroBooth Free does not automatically create WordPress pages. Add the shortcode to the page where you want customers to submit requests.
NitroBooth Pro
NitroBooth Pro is a separately installed commercial add-on from EMS Backend Services LLC. It keeps NitroBooth Free active as the shared foundation and expands the same workflow with:
- Unlimited services, packages, and add-ons.
- Questionnaires and automatic required-page creation.
- Payments, contracts, and customer portals.
- Automations and advanced pricing controls.
- Google, Apple, and Outlook-compatible calendar subscription feeds.
- Staff accounts, permissions, equipment, and operations tools.

External services
NitroBooth Free works without a NitroBooth account or external service. WordPress may send booking notifications using the mail configuration of the site.
