Does “Mark as reviewed” modify my post modified date?

No. Marking an item as reviewed updates a private meta timestamp (
_ocap_last_reviewed). It does not modifypost_modified_gmt, ensuring sitemaps and search engine update signals remain clean. -
How does the email digest schedule work?

Digests are scheduled via WordPress WP-Cron for your preferred day, time, and recurrence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly). For low-traffic sites, configuring a system-level cron job is recommended.
