安装
Best is to install directly from WordPress. If manual installation is required, please make sure that the plugin files are in a folder named “advanced-login-form” (not two nested folders) in the WordPress plugins folder, usually “wp-content/plugins”.

This plugin looked like just what I wanted — placeholders rather than labels on the login screen.
However, once installed & activated, there are no settings anywhere in the backend. Looking at the code on git was not enlightening.
Someone else asked for support on this issue 2 years ago, with no reply in all that time.
It appears this plugin has been abandoned.
