Extremely easy to use and one of the best customer supports I have come across in a while. We got an Email which seemed interesting. We wanted to offer out guest online booking options from out website. We already used a different service, but there were Hugh monthly costs and it did not seem beneficial for a small business like others. Now AnyGuide introduced their service and we decided to change immediately. You always have a direct quick support via skype, email or through the live chat on their page. The set up is easy and it is very user friendly. Since we started using AnyGuide the service has even improved, messages improved, payout options are very flexible and efficient. I do not understand why not more small and medium guiding and tour operator business use the service. Many other provider tried to convince us to change, but no service, no offer could top what we have with AnyGuide. It is the personal care which makes us stay. They understand who we are and adjust to our needs. I simply was searching for booking software or anything making booking available from my website. Previously I contacted some providers and one of them wasn´t answer in whole year. Nana at Any guide is absolutely helpful she want to make best of our websites with ideas as it is her own. I am not sorry to be part of Anyguide but I am sorry that anonymous reviewer Iamhere, just here above rated Anyguide with one star what is completely against my experience. Maybe user Iamhere simply working as competition.
