Simple WP plugin that does exactly what it says!
I’ve used it to create an Ethereum version using CryptoCompare API.
Few suggestions to make the plugin even better:
add support for custom post types
make sure it doesn’t replace bitcoin mentions inside ahref’s
Overall, a 5 star plugin!
