1.Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2.Go to Plugins -> Add New
3.Click on the “Upload” link.
4.Use the Upload link in the top sub-menu to upload a zipped copy of bknewsticker.zip.
5.Insert<?php if ( function_exists('insert_bknewsticker') ) { insert_bknewsticker(); } ?> into your template file in header.php.
6.Configure options on the Options page (Settings > Bknewsticker menu).
