Black Lives Matter Solidarity Banner can be installed from within WordPress’ administration panel. Or you
can manually install it in two steps:
- Upload
black-lives-matter-solidarity-banner.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
