- Unzip
blog-as-pdf.zipinside the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ admin menu in WordPress
- Export your blog as PDF in the WordPress admin via
Configurations -> Blog as PDF

This still works in WordPress 4.8.1. The exporting of your blog posts is very easy, and you can even export only certain categories, if you wish.
