This neat little plugin does exactly what it says, enhancing the default Archives block with the ability to choose categories, dates, years etc. Support has been fast and effective (ironing out a few bugs with updates released immediately).

But it doesn't display it. Think about beginners too! I would love to use your creation. But I don't. You start the education from the middle of the story. You don't care about beginners. What happens to those who get stuck at the first step?

The first plugin I could find (after a long search) for a yearly archive dropdown!
