Upon installation, I quickly realized that the plugin doesn’t work as expected without their “support.” To get the plugin functioning, you’re required to contact their team. Here’s where the catch becomes evident. The company’s team attempts to persuade you to purchase their support package, which comes with a price tag of $169 for just 6 months. Initially, they even tried to convince me to commit to a full year. In my opinion, this practice is misleading. Offering a plugin as “free” while making it practically unusable without additional costs is not a fair approach. WordPress should step in to ensure transparency in these cases.
