This plugin connects to Brevo. When you connect, refresh or open a configured form’s settings, it authenticates with your API key and requests the available lists, fields and account settings. A configured form submission sends the email address and the fields you map to your selected destination. A test submission sends the test address and configured fields. Subscription and consent settings determine whether a submission is sent. If you map context fields, the mapped page URL, IP address, browser information or submission time is sent to Brevo. Optional sender context adds the page, form, time and browser to the site owner’s notification email. API credentials, form settings and sync counters are stored in your WordPress database. Administrators can enable a local diagnostic log with redacted personal data. Log in to Brevo and go to Settings > SMTP & API > API Keys, then generate a new v3 API key. Map your form fields to any of your account’s contact attributes: first name, last name, phone numbers, and every custom attribute you have created in Brevo. Boolean and number attributes are sent with the correct types. ### How does the opt-in consent field work? Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is added to the list right away; if they leave it unticked, Brevo sends them a double opt-in confirmation email and they join the list only after confirming. Leave it as “None” to use the subscriber status you chose for the form. ### Does it work with Brevo double opt-in? Yes. Choose the confirmation-email status and ClickSyncr uses Brevo’s double opt- in flow with an active email template tagged “optin” from your account. Contacts join the list after they click the confirmation link. ### Will it create duplicate contacts? No. Brevo matches contacts by email address: existing contacts are updated and new ones are created. ### Can I use different settings for different forms? Yes.
