When a page loads on your website, the plugin fetches a JavaScript embed script from Clio Grow’s servers (`https://grow.clio.com/chat/grow-embed.js`). This script renders the chat widget using the Grow subdomain URL you configure in the plugin settings. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, the conversation data ( messages, contact details provided by the visitor) is sent to and processed by Clio Grow’s servers.
