Not sure how it works, but it really does. It is simple, yet does the job. Many of the rewrite plugins are over-complicated, this works out of the box.

This plugin is light weight and very fast.
In no time you can change custom post types slugs that's very amazing.
Keep it up and blog post rewrite option also.
