This plugin allows you to create a responsive, sticky, fixed bar at the top of your website. Place any pieces of information you want there like social media icons, contact info, or any text/image. Simple and easy to use. You can set the background color, text color, fixed height (or just make it auto).

Simply extract the zip file and drop the contents into the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation. Then activate the plugin from the plugins page.
