If you use this plugin, Check updates simply by deactivating this plugin for a short time. #### Features * easy to install * No need to settings in admin. #### Requirements This plugin requires PHP 5 or PHP 7 and WordPress 3.0 or greater. It works in standard WordPress environments. Go to Plugins > Add New or Download the plugin and unzip it. 2. Searh “Disable Wp Updates & Notifications” or Upload the folder to your /wp-content/ plugins/ folder. 3. install and activate the WordPress admin panel. After activating this plugin all themes, core and plugin update checkings are disabled.
