Excitel offers voice communication, which will help you to answer user’s questions in time. As a result, this will increase sales and customer loyalty.
The user does not need installation of additional applications every time, adding contacts, going for the phone and dialing long numbers. The user may just click “Call” button and find out all the necessary information.
Features:
- Setting of the working hours. Adjust the time for receiving calls, and at the rest of the time users will be able to record voice messages and send them to you.
- Several lines for simultaneous calls. Enables customers to resolve all issues in a few minutes without waiting for their turn to talk to the operator.
- Call Forwarding. Allows you to forward the call to another operator or manager.
- Statistics of the calls. History on each call is available. The system stores the time and duration of the call, additional information about customer (location, IP and etc), record of the conversation.
- Call Recording. An indispensable functional for analysis of customer feedback, control and development of professional skills of operators.
- Export of calls data into MS Excel. If necessary, you can export the data of calls to Microsoft Excel and produce a comprehensive analysis.

- Additional information about customer. If user registered on your site, then you can send this information via Excitel API. This information will be available for your operators (during the call).

From your WordPress dashboard
- Visit
Plugins > Add New - Search for
Excitel - Click to call - Activate
Excitel - Click to callfrom your Plugins page. (You will be greeted with a Welcome page.) - Specify your Excitel email/password or create new Excitel account on a Welcome page.
- In
Sitesection you can see the list of buttons, that you can add to your site. Just click onAdd buttonand you’ll add this button on your site. - Open your site and check the result.

It is a good free service/plugin, but you can only use in English or Russian. It would be great if you could add your own Voice Mail message and personalize the window for the final user in your own language. There are also things in the user panel only available in Russian.
I don't know how to put a form before the call.

It is convenient to receive calls with the help of this plugin. If operator is offline and answering machine is activated you may listen to voice mails. You may review calls stats. It is the best choose for online store.

Good plugin. I changed text on the button, chose button design appropriate to the website design, activated answering machine in settings and receive voice mails when operator is offline. I like that. Thanks!

It is very convenient plugin to use. You may change color, shape and position of the button and also edit text on the button. There is an opportunity to add welcome message in working hours, to activate answering machine and to receive voice mails in off hours. I like it!
