Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Use the Settings -> Flat Preloader screen to configure the plugin. 4. The only issue is that is not updated recently and i am afraid i might run into an issue soon. This plugin deactivated the function target=_blank for links. The buttons with target =_blank, on click, the link doesn’t open in a new tab anymore, it opens in the same. I have another plugin with email notifications. I also use Divi. This plugin stopped the sending of notifications. It took me a while to find out why my notifications weren’t send anymore.
