Non-existent technical support. The plugin is incomplete or unusable in the latest versions of WP … money wasted

I like this plugin very much! Everything simple and works very fast. Themes have lots of settings.

Simple gallery with wide range of the front end views. I used it for the header slider and gallery grid, with the single plugin. Cool!

The plugin does work but there is NO support available via their so called 24/7 ticketing system – my tickets are sitting on their system for over a week but no response came back even after reminders. Without much needed support the advanced features are not practical and there is no documentation available. Why invest in paid version if you end up with a simple gallery?

I really like gallery themes idea. It’s very simple to configure themes and reuse it for the other galleries. Very helpful.
