## 描述

This plugin adds a ‘Add [author_name] on Google+’ button to the end of every post.
Simply add your Google+ ID to the ‘Your Profile’ area of the Admin.

## 安装

 1. Upload plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Add Google+ ID to ‘Your Profile’ section of Users..
