Grappin is a micro-survey service that makes it easy for you to get feedback. The widget is beautiful by default, and it’s customizable to best match your brand. Easily measure user satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Effort Score (CES) as your users browse your site. Download the Grappin plugin as a zip file. 2. Upload the folder `grappin` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress #### Configuration Once installed, go to “Settings > Grappin” and enter your Grappin ID. You can find the ID in your Grappin Dashboard in the “Documentation” section.
