## 描述

Most chat widgets help a human agent respond faster. Handled is different: it’s 
an AI that handles the conversation itself. It qualifies sales leads the moment 
they arrive, and answers customer support questions instantly using your own FAQs
and policies, without needing a person at the keyboard. It works around the clock,
hands off to a real person whenever a conversation genuinely needs one, and captures
visitor details for every qualified lead.

This plugin adds the Handled chat widget to your site. It does not include any chat
logic itself: your site sends visitor messages to Handled’s own servers at handled.
support, which is where the AI, your FAQs, and your escalation contacts are configured.

**You need a Handled account to use this plugin.** Sign up for a free trial at [handled.support](https://www.handled.support),
then find your tenant slug and instance key on the Widget Config page of your dashboard.

This plugin connects to Handled (handled.support), a third-party service operated
by Sonic Blue Tech Ltd. Chat conversations are processed on Handled’s servers, not

## 安装

 1. Sign up for a Handled account at [handled.support](https://www.handled.support)
    if you haven’t already.
 2. Install and activate this plugin.
 3. Go to Settings  Handled Chat.
 4. Copy your tenant slug and instance key from your Handled dashboard’s Widget Config
    page, and paste them in.
 5. Save. The chat widget will appear on your site.

## 常见问题

### Do I need a Handled account?

Yes. This plugin only adds the widget to your site, it doesn’t include the AI or
any of the underlying setup. Sign up at handled.support first.

### Does this work with WooCommerce?

Yes, and it works on any WordPress site whether or not WooCommerce is installed.

### Where do I find my tenant slug and instance key?

In your Handled dashboard, under Widget Config, there’s an embed snippet with these
values already filled in.
