If you need social icons that are among the 20 most popular choices - this plugin is a huge time saver. Just activate and (optionally) use a little CSS if you need to modify the display and voila! Social media menu happiness.

I can't use this plugin for a large portion of my sites because they require yelp in there social menus and this plugin doesn't not offer yelp, nor does it provide a clear way to add yelp. It's a shame to because this is probably the best solution except for this.
