It gives you the years of the archive, and then when the year is clicked it expands to show the months. Widget is very small and simple, and he works without jQuery. Only with Avada theme version 1.1 it’s not working. Old version is OK. You should consider implementing an option to inline the CSS and JavaScript, because it adds two more http request for just few lines of code.
