如果你发布文章后还有后续动作，比如同步文章到微博，发邮件通知等等，在网站并发时（同一时间很多人挤进来），这个时候触发了wp-missed-schedule等插件会导致同步多条微博或者多封邮件。

Lovely plugin, hopefully this continues to work and will be updated with the latest insides.

Unlike many other “Missed Schedule” plugins for Wordpress, this plugin doesn’t run on every page load, slowing down load times for visitors.
Instead this plugin uses the wp-cron.php framework to run in the background – it adds a hook called called ‘missed_schedule_cron’ to run a method called ‘missed_schedule()’ every every 5 minutes.
