Upload the entire plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.

This plugin saved me a massive headache. thanks to the developer for the awesome tool. Worked out the box with DIVI. didn’t even need the shortcode.
