The tech support is giving random custom codes to just replace product name to actual review title as it's in the main dashboard and eventually they gave almost 300 lines of custom code which overrides all widget setting just to fix the title. Seems that maintaining and building the plugin is done by some outside company. Maybe even the customer support. As an open-source plugin, it exposed vulnerabilities to my website and allowed for malware injection, which caused my website to be blocked by major antivirus services. A bit of searching brought me to the conclusion it was possible the reviews.co.uk on my website, and a swift resolution was provided by the team. A week or two later and an email from Google saying penalty lifted. Result!
