It allows you to very simply configure your code: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Lets you configure Google Analytics.

It does not run when there are logged-in users updating the information of the website, this to avoid traking in each update of information.

This plugin does not collect or store any user data.

Just click “Update” on the plugins page and let WordPress do it for you automatically.
