You can install this plugin directly from your WordPress dashboard:
- Go to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
- Search for SimpleBannerWidget.
- Click Install Now next to the SimpleBannerWidget plugin.
- Activate the plugin.
- Appearance -> Widget -> drop to widget area a SimpleBannerWidget
