The following shows within WordPress side bar: LayerSlider
When I check the settings for LayerSlider, it tells me it has Installed Version: 7.2.5
But this doesn't get listed on the Plugin Directory, nor can I find it within the file directory of /plugins.
There is no folder in there called layerslider
Need to remove this plugin but cannot find it at all. This seems very odd behaviour for a plugin. This plugin being active and not updated is a potential threat vector for malicious attacks and I need to remove it asap.
I have images as proof but cannot post due to policy.

So, basically, they use Envato Market and other themes platforms, in which you spend money on premium services because they include premium features, such as Layer Slider, as a convenient way to publish themselves, just to tell you--after some time, when you need to update--that you're not receiving auto updates because you haven't actually paid for their services. Long story short: don't get themes that include Layer Slider, because you aren't actually receiving the full experience, you're receiving a sample.

Restrictions EVERYWHERE unless you buy the Pro version and free version doesn't work in WP 6.1.1 - nothing worse than QA testing for someone else

No support, ask about something 6 months ago, totally forgot about it until I needed slider and found this again and saw I didn't got answered

Dont work for users, only admin see the sliders, dont find a answer for the problem.
