Social Repeater Widget is a simple, lightweight plugin that allows you to easily add the social profile to your site widget area. The plugin has a Repeatable Field option where you just add a section for your required social platform. You can easily put the social Platform details on the widget area.
This plugin has easy to use configuration, which allows you to add your different social platform details.

Installation is fairly straight forward. Install it from the WordPress plugin repository.
