I wouldn't be able to do so many things without this plugin! These guys make great quality plugins, and they offer them free!! I've found that with wordpress, the cheaper it is, the better! These guys prove it's true!!!

A useful plugin that adds some good shortcodes. Some more customization would make it even better. eg Ability to choose colours for boxes
