Waste of time! ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/a25b494d5064bb90d0ede99c21bed39412190258eceda79f9d78c12d0699908b? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Don’t buy premium](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/dont-buy-premium/)󠁿 [annemiekbarnouw](https://profiles.wordpress.org/annemiekbarnouw/) 2024 年 1 月 15 日 11 回复 This plugin used to work okay and they reacted on my issues. After the last update they removed the possibility to write profile, the translated version didn't work anymore and it's basically impossible to create a working family tree. I've reported this issue on their site in september and haven't had a statisfying response since(" our tech team is working on it"). I'm afraid this was a waste of money. The creator of this plugin started a new plugin called WP Genealogy. It isn't clear to me how this relates to this plugin. It feels like he just started another one to make people buy a premium version again… ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/63966be35ccffdc5f5132f765dc108d5800ac7dc54e24eac498dd75aaf38180d? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Didn’t work and no support for premium customer](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/didnt-work-and-no-support-for-premium-customer/)󠁿 [bohappa](https://profiles.wordpress.org/bohappa/) 2023 年 10 月 24 日 1 回复 I exported a GED file from Ancestry and was able to import it using this plugin but it didn't create a useable chart. I only remembered I had this because they sent a renewal email, thankfully. I tested it one last time, same result, so I canceled. I never heard from their support team. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/ff1d632abe00e41f6209ce54d76092e0a33e7516cc903f764d8e88e48c7a16b0? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[can’t import in order to give it a go](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-import-in-order-to-give-it-a-go/)󠁿 [rodcastler](https://profiles.wordpress.org/rodcastler/) 2023 年 10 月 9 日 Unable to import gedcom files. I couldn't even test this plugin. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/0589a906de913eeac3e760eb9f0563a8a2ac04a7b71e1cc6ce2b02adf1ab28d7? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[probably the worst plugin i ever tried](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/probably-the-worst-plugin-i-ever-tried/)󠁿 [iorGian](https://profiles.wordpress.org/iorg19/) 2023 年 7 月 1 日 after buying their "extended options" didn't work and NO SUPPORT. The "money back guarantee" is a fake; they never turned me back my 80€ expended. My advice for future customers: if you are really sure that the plugin is for you, go ahead. if not, god bless you. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/1dcf8f1a1f4116b7b6a9580b1bf3f48ab697b916c0fbfa676791592e6cd28ee0? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Works fine](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/works-fine-1512/)󠁿 [scanbike](https://profiles.wordpress.org/scanbike/) 2023 年 4 月 11 日 had it for some years now and work just fine for our famelytree. Regulary updates that makes it better and better. Thoug in some very speciel famely relations you may need to be a little creativ.
