It blocks page content. Can not move it away or click it to close. Bar is blocking my menu items on page.

Easy install and good plugin

I have been using a notification bar plugin with just 1000 downloads and I decided to change to something that has more downloads thinking it would have more featured. But this plugin barely has any options unless you get the PRO version. I'm not sure why the others have given it 5 stars. It barely has any options.

We needed a simple banner on top of all pages announcing participation in trade fair..this is simple to set up and works flawlessly, like it that can also insert a link to click on...

When deselecting the "enabled" checkbox in the settings page and saving, it just revers back to selected after the page refreshes and the plugin remains active. Have to deactivate the plugin on the plugins page for it to be gone
