It’s an old plugin (not updated over 5 years) but it helped me to clean revisions and orphan postmeta and decrease size of my DB.
Working good with WP 5.1.1

I don’t know if the developer has abandoned this plugin .. or if he just doesn’t need to update it. I use it all the time. Still works with 4.8.

I’ve been using this plugin on over 30 WP sites – I really think that it is one of my best tools for cleaning up junk, transient files etc. I wish all plugins worked this well! Good job and so far flawless!

Installed in wordpress 4.5, its really fast and remove all things you dont need! the database size now its really small, now i can make backups really fast.
