WP Live Post Search is a really handy plugin which provides live search functionality. The plugin provides a search form and anything entered will be searched live through all the posts/pages and page/post title with link is displayed as result.

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
Select wp-live-post-search.zip from your computer
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

Download wp-live-post-search.zip
Extract the wp-live-post-search directory to your computer
Upload the wp-live-post-search directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

How to change what to search?

*Paste the below code to your theme’s functions.php file:
