wp-utility-and-performancedirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. (See instructions on how to install a WordPress plugin.) - Activate WP Utility & Performance through the
Pluginsmenu in WordPress. - Enable/Disable Options from
Settings > WP Utility & Performancemenu.
