They are one of the biggest scammers on the Internet, I have hired them for a couple of sites and they first asked me for money and then stopped optimizing the site and started asking for more money. They are from Vietnam and they have very poor English they use google translate to speak English and don't understand anything. Their plugin doesn't give the latest updates which will compromise your website security too. Avoid their plugin, there are many best plugins in the market that give great support, updates, and more...
