求助有关多站点的flash和style标签使用的问题…

发现一个问题.多站点的普通管理员不能使用flash和style标签…
例如<style type=”text/css”>
html, body, div, span, applet, object, iframe,h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, p, blockquote, pre,a, abbr, acronym, address, big, cite, code,del, dfn, em, font, ins, kbd, q, s, samp,small, strike, strong, sub, sup, tt, var,dl, dt, dd, ol, ul, li,fieldset, form, label, legend,table, caption, tbody, tfoot, thead, tr, th, td {vertical-align: middle;}
</style>
点更新之后会自动变成下面这样..

flash表现是不能插入…无效.
不过使用超级管理员就没有这个问题.—(都是编辑的同一个页面)
求解决方法…
