求助登陆时出错

我在安装完后,在登陆的时候出现下面的错误提示,登陆页面显示不出来,无论安装在虚拟空间里还是在本地都一样的提示,请高手指点是怎么回事,哪里出错了?用的是3.2.1版本.

另外，我按装在本地时,所有文件需要存在wordpress文件夹里还是直接存在www目录下?这有影响吗? 我的appserv安装在D盘.XP系统.
