The link is wrong

WordPress system send a wrong link to user, because,in the endof link contain a string ‘>’, I can’t open it.
like this:
<https://login.wordpress.org/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=W0cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxeWd&login=xxxxxxxxx&gt;;
