- Form elements do not have associated labels
- Links do not have a discernible name
- Buttons do not have an accessible name
- [user-scalable=”no”] is used in the <meta name=”viewport”> element or the [maximum-scale] attribute is less than 5
- button, link, and menuitem elements do not have accessible names.
- <frame> or <iframe> elements do not have a title.
- ARIA progressbar elements do not have accessible names.
- Links are not crawlable.
- Image elements do not have [alt] attributes
- Some elements have a [tabindex] value greater than 0

I Personaly use in my website the “Links / Buttons do not have a discernible name” option and it perform 100% grade ! Keep the nice work!!! Bravo!

The plugin works fine for certain options mentioned in the description. hope you will add more features like ARIA IDs are not unique, Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio, etc
