Bulk clean allow you to delete unwanted posts, pages, custom post etc with a single click.

NOTE: Plugin does not move deleted post into the trash. Deleted posts will not recover!

Install the Bulk Clean plugin either via the WordPress plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server at wp-content/plugins.
