Getting started with Echo Knowledge Base is quick and easy. Choose the installation method that works best for you:
Option 1: Install from WordPress Dashboard (Recommended)
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins Add New
- Search for “Echo Knowledge Base”
- Click “Install Now” next to the plugin
- After installation completes, click “Activate”
- Optional: Configure your knowledge base settings in Knowledge Base KB Configuration
Option 2: Manual Installation via FTP
- Download the plugin zip file (echo-knowledge-base.zip)
- Extract the zip file to your computer
- Connect to your web server using an FTP client
- Navigate to your WordPress plugins directory (/wp-content/plugins/)
- Upload the ‘echo-knowledge-base’ folder
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Go to Plugins Installed Plugins
- Find “Echo Knowledge Base” and click “Activate”
- Optional: Configure your knowledge base settings in Knowledge Base KB Configuration
