I rarely leave reviews for plugins but I have to stop by and give props to the developer for this one. This plugin is very simple yet provides so much functionality in a clean and easy way from your front end post needs. I have tried many other plugins (free and paid) they didn’t come close to this when it comes to front end posting. I know this is open source but If you are accepting any sort of donations, please let me know Thank you and hope this plugin continues to have support for a very long time

This plugin is nifty. I am setting up a members only area of our website and I want to make things simple and attractive and keep people out of the backend for writing posts..it would just confuse a lot of our users. I tested a number of different forum plugins such as BBPress but was very frustrated until I gave Frontierpost a go! It is pretty easy to set up, has a number of good features and allows you to set controls quite flexibly; for example, you can restrict posting of certain category types to certain members. I think Finnj really gave a lot of thought about what makes sense for the end user and not technical experts or developers and I sure wish there were more such plugins that keep this in mind. Finnj has another plugin in called Restrict Media which is a good complement to FrontierPost. I also received quick and helpful responses to my inquiries. Many thanks!

This seemed like one of the most promising WP plugins. Deserves much more attention.

Posted a simple question 7 days ago requesting some help with missing buttons. Not a single reply or any help whatsoever. App builders like this should be removed from Wordpress if they can’t/won’t support their product.

Great plugin to aid those without Wordpress knowledge. Makes posting much less complicated than the Wordpress backends which I m sure frightens the life out of newbies. Setting are relatively simple and can be sorted out in 5 mins.
