This added another service for my existing customers to check their orders via phone. Not all my customers are tech savy so it was perfect for that. Voicemail to text is a time-saving feature as well.

As a small business owner, I wanted a way to get my company a cheap phone number, that has a way to get me messages easily. Let me just say that Phunnl made that possible. It was super easy to install and now it is working directly with my WooCommerce site.
My voicemail even comes to me with the text of it written up.
