This plugin seems to be dead wood. I would give it zero stars, because it cannot even be configured. Very bad marketing for a company like UPS!

If your only requirement is to simply print a UPS shipping label for your order then this plugin works, however, for any real-world application this plugin doesn’t function. Some requirements that a shipping integration should offer that are missing from this plugin: Add tracking details to customer order Send tracking details in email from store Filter orders based on order status (plugin shipments page includes every order regardless of status) Remove “completed” shipments from the shipments page (currently is a list of every order you have ever shipped, again without any filtering) Create packing lists Include order reference on the shipping label Create labels as a single PDF file (current functionality is to create a separate pdf file for each label and then download these in a .zip) Optionally mark order as shipped/completed when label is created Good points: Option to use negotiated rates in cart checkout Easy to set up Shipments show in UPS account (not always the case with other solutions)

Had some total tax issues but these were resolved very quickly. Great team with a great plugin!

Version 3.2.0 is making wordpress admin very slow. Switching between menu items takes 30 seconds with the plugin, 5 seconds with the plugin off. Until they fix it, it’s unusable.

The plugin does what it is supposed to do. That was it. Unfortunately it is NOT PHP8 ready. MaxPHP 7.4
