Bricks 2.0
Bricks 2.0 has native webhook support, but the custom action that is needed for this plugin still works and functions and as such I intend to continue to maintain it given I have it on a fair number of sites.

安装

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/webhook-for-bricks-forms directory or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
