From within WordPress
- Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
- Search for ‘Wootalk’
- Activate Wootalk from your Plugins page.
- Go to “Wootalk admin menu”.
Manually
- Upload the
wootalkfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the wootalk plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to “after activation” below.

After activate this plugin go to Wootalk plugins and click on active button. 
update email template logo and order email notification from settings tab. 
You can send message to user as html template you can create template after that on order detials chat section you can use this templete while chat with user. 
You can undo message with in given time interval. 
You can also see message notification in order list.
